With over 35 years of experience in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management, Tracey is the founder and driving force behind Central Billing Office. Since establishing CBO in 1989, she has transformed it from a single-client operation into a trusted partner for more than 30 healthcare practices across Utah and beyond - a growth achieved almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.

Tracey’s extensive knowledge spans multiple specialties, with a particular expertise in anesthesia billing, compliance, and payer negotiations. She has guided providers through complex regulatory changes, optimized practice workflows, and recovered significant revenue by correcting coding and process inefficiencies. Her leadership philosophy centers on ethical, family-oriented values, ensuring that both clients and employees are treated with respect, honesty, and unwavering support.

With over 12 years of experience in healthcare compliance and payer relations, Katrina serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Central Billing Office. Katrina has played an integral role in upholding CBO’s reputation for accuracy, integrity, and client advocacy.

Katrina specializes in ensuring that both CBO and its clients remain fully compliant with insurance payer requirements, state and federal regulations, and evolving industry standards. She leads CBO’s credentialing team, overseeing all aspects of provider enrollment and contracting to ensure timely, accurate agreements with payers. Known for her persistence, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills, Katrina consistently secures favorable contracts that support the financial health of CBO’s clients.
