Since establishing CBO in 1989, she has transformed it from a single-client operation into a trusted partner for more than 30 healthcare practices across Utah and beyond - a growth achieved almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.

Tracey’s extensive knowledge spans multiple specialties, with a particular expertise in anesthesia billing, compliance, and payer negotiations. She has guided providers through complex regulatory changes, optimized practice workflows, and recovered significant revenue by correcting coding and process inefficiencies.
